The Balance Procedure

TBP is an extremely powerful energy technique that you use on yourself to keep you in balance in all aspects of your life. Developed in the United Kingdom by the hugely talented and intuitive Jenny Cox, this wonderful Non-Verbal Relaxation Technique allows you to increase your confidence, your energy output and maximize your potential, truly allowing you to create and live the life that you want. The unique set of Nine Universal cards, each with their own set of Symbols and meanings are used as guidance to assist you in this process. This technique is relatively embryonic in it’s deliverance to the world and has only been around for under 20 years, but with it’s combination of ancient philosophy and modern quantum science, you would think it had been around for so much longer. TBP is now accredited in 38 Countries throughout Europe, UK, Australia and is currently in the final stages of being approved in the USA.

Kate is a certified Practitioner/Trainer, and the first Practitioner to be certified in the United States along with a small number of others in the USA. As well as using this procedure to help those that wish to change their own lives, she also trains others who wish to take their training to the next level and become Practitioners and/or Trainers themselves.

Then you are out of BALANCE!

These beliefs, create stress in our lives and inhibit our development. When we have disturbing thoughts, our energy system becomes disturbed and stress and tension is created in our bodies. This builds up over time as we adapt to more and more pressure, whilst trying to function as normally as we can. When we are in this state of mind and in moments of perceived danger our body gets ready to fight or run, which in turn prepares it to shunt blood to our muscles and increase our blood pressure, heart rate and breathing rate to try and compensate and help us cope with stressful situations. For the most part this reaction should only last but a minute, however, many of us live in a continual state of ‘fight or flight’ and putting our bodies under so much pressure eventually leads to it sending out signals that something is wrong. Many of us deal with stress and imbalance in different ways and quite often these behaviors are – or can become destructive and take over our lives.

  • Eating, not eating, bingeing, purging or just constantly worrying about food.

  • Sleeping all the time, especially when the rest of the world is awake.

  • Too much television or too much internet.

  • Thinking about other’s difficulties too often: your families’ problems, your friends’ problems, your friends’ friends’ problems, and so on

  • Using drugs to get high, low, sideways or generally detached from your own body and your life.

  • Isolating yourself from others.

  • Worrying about anything, like nuclear war, the economy, global warming, starvation, your health, your weight, your wrinkles, and even your future.

  • Preoccupation with death, suicidal thoughts.

When we are experiencing any of these situations, we can apply TBP. Life will become easier and more productive when we use this technique to slow down, be calm and live our lives more harmoniously.
